Begrunnelse:
Insidensen av netthinneløsning er stigende i Norge. Risikoen for netthinneløsning mangedobles etter linsekirurgi og er ekstra høy for yngre, ved nærsynthet eller manglende bakre korpusløsning. Individuelle risikofaktorer for netthinneløsning bør vektlegges i vurderingen av linsekirurgi.
